Action Plan
- Entry of Action Plan with the approved action plans provided by the committee.
Fund Status
- Adding the fund details of the committee
Indicator Performance Report 1
- Reporting of IPR1 reports for the first quarter of every RBF cycle after the completion of every three months.
Data Validation Report 2
- Reporting of DVR1 reports of IPR1 after the completion of every three months of the RBF Cycle
Indicator Performance Report 2
- Reporting of IPR2 reports for the last quarter of every RBF Cycle after the completion of every 6 months.
Data Validation Report 2
- Reporting of DVR2 reports of IPR2 of 1st and subsequent RBF cycle after the completion of every six months.
Six Monthly Expenditure Report
- Reporting of Six-Monthly Expenditure Reports after the completion of every six months at the end of each RBF cycle.
Hands on practice of the cycle data entry with the IDs provided to the four districts.

Add one more field in the VHC Member Profile details to identify the existing and past member of the Committee.
User manual of CAHN Application should be used in future trainings.
In Action Plan add one more column “Fund Summary” to mention the breakup of the budget for different activities after “Estimated funds to conduct this activity” column.
Target Indicators under Action Plan, Activity type which is not necessary to be included as clarified by MenguSachû, IEC Consultant to the district teams.
Modify Activity Type “Activity to improve health indicator” to “Activity to improve health and nutrition indicator”
Add provision for approval of new action entered by the Field Demonstrator for upcoming RBF cycle.
Refine the User Interface to make it more user friendly

Each district team will verify the master data of their respective district and submit for correction if there is any discrepancy – 25^th October,2019
Submission of Block, Facility and Committee mapping to respective Field Demonstrator for creation of User Id and mapping of block and facilities –16^th October 2019
Registration of left out committees and completion of the existing committees and members profile added in the system with the complete details –31^st October 2019
Profile and member entry of HSCMC and HCMC – 15^th November 2019
Collection and entry of current and one previous RBF cycles for all VHCs – 15^th November 2019
Standardisation and entry of all past RBF cycle data – 30^th November 2019.
The four districts data shall be used for learning and analysis to showcase to other districts and the Project/World Bank.
